BASE RENTAL RATES
2-Hour Rental (good for less than 30 people): $500
3-Hour Rental (approx. 30 - 150 people): $650
4-Hour Rental (approx 150 - 200 people): $800
5-Hour Rental (approx 200 - 250 people): $950
The number of people listed is a recommendation to avoid lines. Usage demand varies from group to group.
A non-refundable deposit of 40% of the base rental rate will be collected within 24 hours to hold your event date. Remaining balance for the base rental along with any selected upgrade options will be due 1 week prior to your event.
